I need to prove my team actually understood the training
A completion tick box only proves someone opened the material, not that they understood it. A live spoken exam or a scenario decision drill scores what an employee actually knows or would do in a realistic situation, and the sitting is recorded so a reviewer can audit the evidence rather than take a score on faith. Certificates issued from that assessment carry a public verification link, so completion and genuine understanding stop being the same claim.
