What is the live exam?
The live exam is a spoken assessment where an AI examiner interviews the employee about their competencies and scores the answers against the framework. It runs in English on the L&D Starter plan, in English and Arabic on Growth and in all 12 platform languages on Enterprise, and it records the sitting for review, so rather than a bare score, it produces evidence a reviewer can audit.
