Can AI run an oral exam for employees?
Yes. In iTutor's live exam an AI examiner interviews the employee by voice about the competencies for their level, asks follow-up questions and scores each answer against your competency framework. The sitting is recorded with a transcript, so a human reviewer can check the evidence and confirm, override or void the result, or require a retake.
