A study plan built from your syllabus, to your exam date.
Upload your syllabus, notes or textbook, tell iTutor when the exam is and how much time you have each day, and it lays your material out as a calendar of study sessions. Each session opens with the study steps ready, and the plan moves with you when a day slips. Free to start, in 12 languages.
Can AI make a study plan from my syllabus?
An AI study planner turns what you have to learn, and when you have to know it, into a schedule. The useful ones start from your own syllabus or material rather than a generic topic list, fit the work into the hours you actually have before the exam, bring back what you got wrong, and re-plan when you fall behind. A calendar of topic names is not a study plan: each session should tell you exactly what to do.
iTutor (itutor.study) builds a Study Plan from the material you upload to a subject. You set a goal, the exam date and the minutes you can study each day; iTutor orders your material into units and schedules them as sessions on a calendar, with review sessions spaced days apart and a practice exam in the final week. Each session opens with study steps generated from your material. Fall behind and one click rebalances the rest. The free plan includes 2 study plans a month, with no credit card.
Why most study plans fall apart by week two
A study plan written on a Sunday night lists topics and dates. By Wednesday one evening has gone to something else, the plan is out of date, and you are back to deciding every night what to study.
And a list of topic names does not tell you what to do when you sit down. Much of a session goes on deciding how to start rather than studying.
How it works
Upload your syllabus and material
Add the syllabus, lecture notes, a textbook or past papers to a subject. The plan is built from what you upload.
Set the exam date and your hours
Tell iTutor your goal, the exam date and how many minutes you can study on each day of the week. Weekends off is fine.
Get a day-by-day plan
iTutor orders your material into units and schedules them as sessions, with review sessions for what needs another look and a practice exam in the last week before the exam.
Open a session and study
Each session opens with its study steps made from that unit of your material. Work through them and the session is marked done.
What the study planner does
Built from your own material
The plan follows your syllabus and uploads, not a generic topic list, so every unit maps to something you will be examined on.
Sessions with the work inside
Each session holds short study steps generated from that unit, such as flashcards to memorise or a mind map to connect ideas, so you start studying instead of planning. Which tools appear depends on your plan.
Spaced review built in
Units come back as review sessions a few days later and again a week or two after, sooner when you struggled with them.
Fell behind? Rebalance
Miss a day and the plan tells you. One click spreads the remaining work over the days you have left, or drag a session to another day.
Month, week and agenda views
See the whole plan on a calendar, this week in detail, or just what is next, with every subject in one agenda.
Reminders before sessions
Turn on reminders and iTutor emails you before a planned session, with a link straight into it.
Pricing: free to start
Study plans are on the free plan: 2 new plans a month, with no credit card. Paid plans from $4.99 a month allow more subjects and uploads and raise the limits on the study tools inside each session.
FAQ
Can AI make a study plan from my syllabus?
Yes. Upload the syllabus and your notes or textbook to a subject, set the exam date and your available time, and iTutor builds the plan from that material.
What if I do not have an exam date?
The date is optional. Without one, iTutor still orders your material into units and schedules sessions at the pace you set.
What happens when I miss a session?
The plan shows that you are behind and offers to rebalance, spreading the remaining sessions over the days left before the exam. You can also drag a session to another day.
Can I change the plan after it is made?
Yes. Edit the goal, the date or your weekly hours, and rename, add, remove or reorder units. Sessions you have already finished keep their progress.
Does it work in my language?
Yes. Plans and their study steps are generated in any of 12 languages, including Arabic and Urdu with a right-to-left layout.
Is it free?
Yes, to start: 2 study plans a month on the free plan, with no credit card. Paid plans from $4.99 a month raise the limits.
