• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to a unique account created for you to access our Service.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid access plan you choose to use the Service.
• "Content" refers to any educational materials generated through or uploaded to the Service.
• "Company" refers to Intrazero, the operator of iTutor.

2Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3Subscription and Payments

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)

4Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate content intended to deceive (e.g., academic dishonesty)

5Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Intrazero and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your educational use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6Service Availability

The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Force majeure events

7Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

8Termination

We may terminate your account for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Upon your request

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
