Does iTutor have psychometric assessments for employees?

Yes. iTutor's L&D suite includes two psychometric modules: Work Styles, built on public-domain IPIP personality statements in a forced-choice format where the employee picks the statement most and least like them, and Behavioural Judgement, a situational judgement test built from your own framework's behavioural requirements. Both are advisory, so results inform development conversations and never decide a level or a gate on their own.

In Behavioural Judgement the right answer to each scenario comes from how the options were built against the requirement, never from asking an AI which answer is right.
