Can we upload our own competency dictionary to iTutor?
Yes. An L&D admin can upload the organisation's own competency dictionary as a Word file, with each competency's definition, levels and indicators, and iTutor turns it into questionnaires in three formats (most and least like me, rating, and rate then rank) with four report styles. Each employee is assessed at their own current level, and an Arabic version is produced when the dictionary is published.
