Your iTutor data is stored in managed cloud databases and object storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded files, conversations, and progress stay tied to your account, and on institutional accounts to your organization. It is never sold or used to train AI models.

Backups are encrypted and kept separate from the primary system. Institutional customers can request a Data Processing Agreement covering sub-processors and data residency options where applicable. If you delete a file, chat, or subject, it is removed from your account, and deleting your account permanently deletes your content after a 14-day grace period. For specific hosting or residency questions, contact us before procurement. iTutor's infrastructure is reviewed annually for SOC 2 Type II readiness; the formal report is available on request to enterprise customers.
