Am I actually ready for this exam
Feeling like you know the material after rereading it is not a reliable signal, since recognising notes is easier than recalling them cold. Run a timed practice exam under real conditions and look at the per question feedback, since that gives you an honest score. The subject report only counts a topic as scored once there is actual assessment evidence behind it, so it will not tell you that you are ready just because you spent time on the material.
