My child is falling behind and I can't help with the subject
Not being able to help with a subject yourself does not have to mean your child falls further behind. Upload their schoolwork or textbook and they can ask questions and get patient explanations at their level, for free, without you needing to know the material yourself. You can still see which topics they keep struggling with in the subject report, which tends to be more useful than a grade on its own.
