Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Deleting your account deactivates it at once, and after a 14-day grace period your subjects, uploads, chats and generated content are permanently deleted. Only payment records (7 years, for tax law), hashed fraud-prevention records (12 months) and anonymous statistics are kept. To remove a single file, chat or subject, delete just that item.
