3What is deleted
When the 14 days are up, we permanently delete:

- Your chats and messages, with their attachments and voice transcripts
- Everything generated for you: flashcards, quizzes, exams, presentations, study plans, reels, podcasts, reports and PDFs
- Your progress and learning history
- What your tutor remembers about you
- Share links you created, which stop working
- Your device and push notification registrations
- Your name, email address and phone number, which are removed from the account record
4What we keep, and why
We keep a small amount of information after your account is deleted:
Kept for 7 years, because tax law requires it. These records include the billing name, email address and phone number that came with each payment.
Network and device identifiers, stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and a record that the account was deleted. Kept for 12 months to prevent fraud and abuse, then deleted.
Aggregated figures, such as totals across all users. They cannot identify you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You can also write to us.
