How do we pilot iTutor before a full rollout?
The usual approach is to start with one class, team or department, upload the material that group needs, and run it for real before extending to the rest of the organisation. Because roles, groups and assignment all work the same way at small and large scale, a pilot group does not need to be rebuilt when the rollout widens, it just gets more members added around it.
