What does a manager see compared to an employee?
An employee sees their own assignments, results and evidence, and can request assessment for a level or track their own progress toward one. A manager sees that same detail rolled up across their team, including who has completed what and where an assessment needs review, but does not see other teams outside the one they run unless they also hold an admin role.
